Coursework B - The Investigations

The investigations are worth a whopping 25% of your total Junior Cert mark.  With a full 10% from coursework A and 25% from this section you are virtually home and dry as the written paper in June is quite easy if you have put the work in.

Guidelines for getting maximum marks out of this section
  1. Most Junior Cert students opt to do two of the three recommended investigations. If you are doing two investigations, then click here.
  2. Alternatively, you may opt to do one investigation of your own choice. If you are doing this, you should consult  with your science teacher in advance and ensure that your investigation will be acceptable. If doing your own investigation, then click here.
